By creating one web site as a central "jump station," employees, managers and client survey coordinators can easily access/obtain useful information, such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Taking the survey on-line via a single mouse click
• Downloading a PDF file version of the survey in any available language
• Obtaining real-time participation reports as the survey is in progress (broken out to whatever business unit and/or department level the client desires)
• Viewing and/or downloading survey results and verbatim comments
• Interactive action planning
• Accessing a range of information, such as survey announcement memos, streaming videos promoting the survey, survey timelines, summaries of key findings, answers to most commonly asked questions, etc.

All of the above can be accessed by password only, which the Gelfond Group assigns, controls, and sends via email to authorized client personnel.
